‘Say more with less’ with Bugle status creator on iOS, Android
When it’s hard to find the right words to convey a current emotion or status, mobile users can now turn to an iOS and Android app to help them out. The Bugle app simplifies status updates by offering three simplified steps for crafting updates around a single attitude, noun and adjective. Whether positive or negative, the resulting status updates are designed to allow users to “say more with less.”
The Bugle app starts with plus and minus buttons, which relate to positive or negative attitudes. From there, users choose a noun and an adjective to describe what they’re doing or feeling. As examples, a positive status could contain the noun “coffee” and the adjective “fantastic,” while a negative status could describe the current weather. Once complete, statuses can be shared to Facebook.
“[Bugle] enables you to share your feelings with only two words in a way that is simple and addictive,” said Brett Bimson, Creative Director of Bugle. “Nonchalance is seldom seen on social networks. People rarely post something on Facebook unless they want a reaction; they want Likes, comments and retweets just as much as brands do. You either complain or praise. Bugle lets you convey your feelings in simple, straightforward, but often provocative ways.”
