ClipPick offers cloud clipboard services on iOS, Android
Copying links and blocks of text from one device to another tends to be a pain, involving sending useless emails or typing URLs by hand while viewing them on another device. Sentence Co has set out to change that with ClipPick, its new cloud clipboard service which allows users to transfer content from one device to another via simple copy and paste prompts.
ClipPick supports iOS, Android, Windows and Mac, and allows users to transfer blocks of text, links, images and more between devices, including tablets and smartphones. A long URL on iOS, for instance, could be transferred to a Mac without having to type the URL by hand. The desktop experience also supports traditional keyboard shortcuts, like ‘Ctrl + C,’ for copying content.
First launched in August of this year, ClipPick has already undergone a serious update, increasing data transmission speed by 7 to 10 times, depending on the content being transferred. This is especially helpful for those using the service while traveling abroad, where speeds were previously at their slowest.
ClipPick stores content for future viewing and copying, and allows users to mark items with stars to indicate their importance and ease browsing in the future. The app is available to download for free on iOS and Android. You can follow the app’s growth on AppData, our tracking service for mobile and social apps and developers.
