MLB, Plague, Megapolis and more on this week’s top grossing apps charts
MLB.com At Bat, the mobile app for the MLB’s audio streaming and game statistics service for live games, was updated with new features for spring training and the upcoming 2013 season, which pushed the app up all three top grossing apps charts, landing at the No. 3 spot for iPhone, No. 9 spot for iPad and the No. 10 spot for Android. Ndemic Creations’ strategy game Plague Inc. was updated yesterday with new content, resulting in the app moving up 67 spots from the No. 77 spot yesterday to the No. 10 spot as of today. TeamLava’s jewel puzzler Jewel Mania squeaked into the final spot on the top 25 grossing iPhone apps chart.
Social Quantum’s city builder Megapolis cracked the top 25 grossing Android apps chart at the No. 25 spot for the first time in a few weeks. The rest of the Android chart remained similar to last week’s chart.
