Israeli mobile game publisher MoMinis today announced it secured $6 million in a Series B round led by Gemini Israel Ventures with previous investor BRM Group participating as well. MoMinis’ press release states the publisher intends to use the new funds to expand its game developer programs and features, further expand its offerings on platforms such as the iPhone, Windows Mobile and Facebook, and grow the MoMinis team.

With almost 100 titles planned and in development in more than 18 countries worldwide,  MoMinis is clearly seeing success and will continue to pursue game development. But other developers should keep a closer eye on MoMinis’ other offerings, including its game development studio which offers development and distribution tools for indie developers and its PlayScape platform which offers cross-game experience points and currency.

MoMinis said the investment comes on the heels of significant growth in the past 10 months, citing its 35 million users, 6 million monthly active users, 1 million daily active users and 100,000 downloads a day.

MoMinis also said that the round is still open to further investments.
