Marvel War of Heroes, Paradise Cove, Ayakashi and more on this week’s top grossing apps charts
67 of the 75 apps on our top grossing apps charts for iPhone, iPad, and Android, were game apps, which falls a little in line with report earlier today that mostly game developers account for the revenue in U.S. app stores. After ranking in the top 25 on the top grossing Android apps chart for a few weeks, Mobage’s Marvel War of Heroes made the top 25 on top grossing iPhone apps chart for the first time at the No. 15 position. Developer Pocket Gems’ recently released Paradise Cove: Holiday Adventure has already reached the top 25 in the top grossing iPad category, ranking at the No. 21 spot this week.
After hovering in the 50 range, Zynga’s RPG card battler Ayakashi: Ghost Guild leapt up the charts to the No. 14 spot on the top grossing Android apps chart thanks to an update on Nov. 30.
