Spider-Man, Offroad Legends, Plants vs. Zombies and more on this week’s top paid app charts

Gameloft’s The Amazing Spider-Man was $0.99 (regularly $6.99) as part of a Thanksgiving sale, which pushed the web-slinging app up the top paid iPhone and iPad apps charts to the No. 7 spot on iPhone and No. 12 spot on iPad. Offroading driver Offroad Legends, developed by DogByte Games, has steadily climbed up the charts, placing at the No. 9 position on iPhone this week. More than 60 games from developer and publisher Electronic Arts were on sale for Thanksgiving, the most notable game was PopCap’s Plants vs. Zombies, which ranked No. 19 on iPhone and No. 2 on iPad.

The top paid Android apps list saw very little movement this week, with no particular new app to note.
