Pitfall!, Quickoffice Pro, GoodReader and more on this week’s top paid iOS app charts

Activision’s PITFALL! makes an impressive on this week’s top paid iOS app charts, taking the No. 4 spot on the iPhone and the No. 2 spot on the iPad. The game is based on the 1982 Atari 2600 classic by the same name, but is heavily inspired by iOS hit Temple Run which has been cloned many times since its success. You can read our full review of PITFALL! here. Temple Run: Brave came in at the No. 16 spot on the iPhone chart this week and the No. 10 spot on the iPad chart.

Fossil Software’s AppZilla 3, a collection of tools and games in one app, takes the No. 1 spot on the iPhone chart following a August 9 update which added many new tools.

Other notable gainers this week are Quickoffice Pro HD which climbed 14 spots on the paid iPad charts to take the No. 17 spot, and GoodReader for iPad which rose 15 spots to the No. 20 spot.
