Mobile app monetization exchange inneractive announced today it has finalized a $3.5 million B Round led by Evergreen Venture Partners. The round included participation from both existing private investors and new investors from the U.S and Europe. The latest round brings the company’s funding to a total of $8.5 million.

Inneractive’s services allows developers to integrate their apps across 120 ad networks in 200 countries on iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows Mobile platforms. Some of the ad networks inneractive works with include Inmobi, Adfonic and Amobee.

inneractive CEO Ziv Elul says that the new round of funding will allow the company to open new offices in New York, India and Singapore in addition to exisiting offices in London, Tel Aviv and Silicon Valley.

Evergreen Venture Partners also led Inneractive’s previous round in 2010. Calcalist reports that the Israeli VC firm no longer invests in new companies but it continues to raise money for companies it’s already invested in, including inneractive.
